SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Wizeline, the provider of intelligent product development software, today announced that Trenton Truitt has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Customer Success. As demand for Wizeline’s solutions continues to grow among large B2B companies, Truitt will play a lead role in ensuring enterprise clients gain the most value from Wizeline’s offerings. Truitt joins Wizeline from PagerDuty, where he served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales.
With previous experience at companies like EMC and PTC, Truitt is a seasoned expert in enterprise sales for large corporations. He brings to Wizeline a focus on developing a deep understanding of customers’ business challenges.
“My approach centers on listening to the customer and creating an actionable map of their underlying processes,” Truitt said. “Once we fundamentally understand the customer’s business dynamics and challenges, we can work together to drive success and reduce their time to profitability with the right technology solution.”
Wizeline’s founder and CEO, Bismarck Lepe, expressed his thoughts upon Truitt’s arrival. “Trenton brings strong leadership and deep enterprise experience to our team, with a proven ability to scale successful organizations,” Lepe noted. “As we continue to deepen relationships with existing customers, and welcome new enterprise clients to the Wizeline family, Trenton will play a key role in guiding our customers to success.”
Designed to support a customer-focused approach to product development in the age of Big Data, Wizeline’s technology enables organizations to transform customer feedback, team knowledge, and market data into actionable product plans. As a result, companies are for the first time able to quantify the business impact of product strategy and roadmap decisions.
“Throughout my career, I’ve seen many large companies struggle with inefficiency and a lack of repeatable innovation when it comes to product development,” Truitt added. “The opportunity is huge, and I’m excited to help our customers tackle some of these challenges, head-on.”
