Saved Replies

We’ve made three big updates that make it faster to find and use Saved Replies when replying to customers.

  1. Search Saved Replies using a new popover menu that appears when clicking the Saved Replies icon.
  2. Create, edit, and delete Saved Replies inside the inbox by clicking “Manage”
  3. Insert a Saved Reply inline by typing “#” and then the title of the reply.
