SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Wizeline, the leader in data-driven product intelligence solutions that help companies build winning products their customers love, today announced it is part of the Salesforce Partner Program, as well as the availability of its new Product Tracker application on the Salesforce AppExchange. The new offering uses a data-driven approach to enable communication and transparency between a company’s product and sales teams, identify key indicators of product success in the marketplace, and replace the typical lengthy planning processes that delay results.

Wizeline’s partnership with Salesforce empowers Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to give meaningful product input and ensure the voice of the customer is well represented in the product development process. Product managers get the data they need within Wizeline to focus on customer needs and prioritize development efforts that maximize revenue.

As part of the partnership, the Wizeline Product Tracker app is now available in the Salesforce AppExchange.
Wizeline gives all product stakeholders the power to contribute to product strategy with transparency and accountability, enabling companies to build applications and other technology products that delight customers and win in the market. Wizeline ensures every idea is captured, then organizes and presents all ideas to the product managers to bring focus, accuracy and speed to the strategic process. Product managers use Wizeline to gauge true market needs in real time, prioritize feature requests, and deliver comprehensive strategic plans to engineers and business leaders in a fraction of the time of other existing methods.

“This new offering extends the value of the Salesforce1 Platform for all businesses, eliminating the seams between sales and engineering, and enabling Salesforce users of any technical ability level to submit product requests directly in Salesforce,” said Ron Huddleston, senior vice president, global AppExchange and partner programs, Salesforce. “We look forward to working with Wizeline to help product managers better meet the needs of technology users everywhere.”

Wizeline customers recognize the immediate value the app provides their businesses.

“With Wizeline’s Salesforce app, our customer success and sales teams are able to communicate customer needs and revenue opportunities in real time,” said Hugh McEvoy, vice president of product management at Sefaira. “This results in rapid, ongoing prioritization of our product roadmap, enabling us to meet our customers’ needs with agility.”

Wizeline currently integrates with services like JIRA and Google Analytics to give product organizations the engineering and user data they need to make sound strategic decisions. As part of the Salesforce Partner Program, Wizeline now provides companies with sales opportunity data for more complete context, and further strengthens Wizeline’s value to data-driven product organizations everywhere.
